robo call, said contacting all account holders about upcoming increase in cc interest rates. said to press 9 to talk to a rep. pressed 9, got a rep asking me if i wanted to take advantage of a lower interest rate on cc balances. asked to be removed from their call list and she hung up.

They call almost every day--sometimes as early as 8:00 on a Sunday morning or as late as 9:30 on a week night. I have to turn my phone off every night to avoid being woken up by these pests. I never answer the phone when they call and they do not leave a message. I am on the national no-call list and do not undertand why these people are pesetering me. They are a menace and should be stopped.

called me saying i was chosen to recieve a 1000$ online shopping spree to find out i had to give them my credit card information to pay for a subsctription to glamour magazine....

I answered and a womans voice said "Hello". I said yes and then she disconnected the call....

Caller ID shows "Santa Monic, CA". They hang up when I answer.

This man keeps calling me stating that he is from the Justice Department Fraud Division and telling me that a lawsuit is being filed against me. He says that I failed to repay a payday loan from Cash Advance America, but I have never received a payday loan from anyone in my life! What bothers me the most is that he has my Date of Birth, Social Security#, Driver License#, Address and email address. Where did he get all of this and what can I do about it??

Received a dozen calls from this number. Call was a recorded Hispanic female speaking Spanish language. The message is a short one or two sentences then line disconnects. I have tried to get Metro PCS - Miami, FL, to do something about this, but the Customer Service Attendant claimed there was nothing Metro PCS could do.
